Although each team member is fully trained in general recruitment, they also have developed their own speciality area. We work collaboratively to bring maximum insight to every recruitment challenge and we know that our staff are our greatest asset and we invest in them with on-going training and development.

Matthew Fone
Resource manager
Matthew is not only JNC Recruitment’s most experienced search consultant, but he also manages our entire resourcing team too. He oversees all our candidate searches, ensuring that we assign each of our vacancies to the most relevant consultant to effectively enable to us find the best candidates in the right timeframe. Due to his experience Matthew has a huge network of candidates available to him across all areas of the market, but has a specialist interest in all types of development roles.

Alex is a very experienced candidate resourcing professional. His experience and tenacity enable him to work his way through the most challenging and complex candidate searches and to deliver exceptional candidates. Alex is a specialist in security, testing and operations roles.
Rory Toole

Rory is highly-experienced in candidate resourcing. Rory enjoys helping candidates find their next role and particularly relishes the challenge of helping clients with complex requirements. His professional experience means he can recruit for a wide range of roles but he is a specialist in technical architect, infrastructure engineer and business analyst roles.
Beth Vermee
Business Development Manager
Beth is a highly-experienced recruiter who works closely with our existing clients and develops relationships with new clients. Her adaptable approach enables her to recruit the very best candidates for her clients. Beth specialises in permanent and contract recruitment.
Adam Phillips
Operations Manager
Adam is the company’s lead on administration and has a strong background in management and recruitment in financial services and IT. Adam’s solid experience of the recruitment process enables him to effectively oversee everything from timesheets to employment contracts. He also organises the office environment and undertakes website management and HR and financial duties for us.
Tom Woodhams
Business Development Manager
Tom is one of our Business Development Managers. He is primarily responsible for forging relationships with new clients and he has already established some long-term partnerships with a range of clients including several highly-respected international organisations, SMEs and public sector organisations. He specialises in both permanent and contract recruitment and also maintains key relationships with some of JNC's existing clients.
Karli Andrew
Recruitment Administrator
Karli is responsible for many of the important back office tasks within the office and helps us ensure that everything run smoothly. Karli answers many of our incoming phone calls, as well as manages our database and the formatting of candidate CVs for easier processing. She also assists with timesheets, contracts and office maintenance.
