We are confident that we will find you the right candidate for your role. If for any reason within the first 12 weeks of employment a placement doesn’t work out and the candidate leaves we will offer a free replacement candidate or refund a percentage rebate of the fee.
Our clients are reassured by our transparent fee structure. For contract placements, rather than a variable margin or mark-up, we charge a flat rate fee ranging from £40.00 – £70.00 a day.
Our fee structure reflects the time and cost to us of supplying a candidate. It allows our clients to be flexible with day rates to secure the right candidate and has been proven to reduce ongoing hiring costs.
