Adam is the company’s lead on administration and has a strong background in management and recruitment in financial services and IT. Adam’s solid experience of the recruitment process enables him to effectively oversee everything from timesheets to employment contracts. He also organises the office environment and undertakes website management and HR and financial duties for us.
Tom Woodhams

Tom is one of our Business Development Managers. He is primarily responsible for forging relationships with new clients and he has already established some long-term partnerships with a range of clients including several highly-respected international organisations, SMEs and public sector organisations. He specialises in both permanent and contract recruitment and also maintains key relationships with some of JNC's existing clients.
Karli Andrew
Recruitment Administrator
Karli is responsible for many of the important back office tasks within the office and helps us ensure that everything run smoothly. Karli answers many of our incoming phone calls, as well as manages our database and the formatting of candidate CVs for easier processing. She also assists with timesheets, contracts and office maintenance.
